| Bio: | Anckyria is a translator, and an avid reader who enjoys Donald Duck comics and ancient mythology in equal measure. Hence the nickname from ankka (Finnish for 'duck') and valkyria. On her free time, Anckyria likes to practise music and sports, enjoy the great out-of-doors, socialize with her numerous friends, observe the antics of her cats, and attend and organize science fiction events. She would very much like to travel more, especially to the British Isles where she has lived and has many friends.
As to Anckyria's personality, she has been called an opinionated bitch. She freely confesses to this and also admits to being sarcastic and having a somewhat warped sense of humour. However, she would like to point out that she loves babies and fuzzy animals and therefore cannot be an entirely lost case. Her occasional volcanic rants are nothing to worry about so long as they are not directed at you personally, and while her tongue can be cutting, her Viking blade and her rapier have blunt blades.
